This stretch of colonial era buildings on Church Street ends with the Pirate’s Courtyard… a famous hangout for pirates, including the infamous Blackbeard.

In The Pink
The Pink House (yes, that’s its name) is the oldest building in Charleston and one of the oldest in SC. It was built between 1694 and 1712 of pinkish Bermuda stone (hence the name).
