East Battery Sunrise
The early morning sun reflecting off some of the wonderful houses along East Battery in Charleston. The house of the left is famous for its dual balcony design — one rounded, the other squared. The story goes that the husband and wife who built the house could not agree on the design, so each designed one. Can you guess which one is the wife’s or husband’ s choice?
Charleston Skyscraper
While Charleston is known as a city with a very low skyline (in keeping with its colonial roots and showcasing its church steeples), there are a few exceptions. This is the People’s Building on Broad Street, glowing in the very early morning sun.

Sign of Charleston
Healthy, Fresh and Local… three words that describe a lot of the food served in Charleston’s wonderful restaurants. This cool sign on Cumberland Street captures it all.
