High Battery Water View

The High Battery and its historic homes are one of the most visiting places in Charleston. Locals and visitors alike delight in strolling on the Battery — with wonderful harbor views on one side and the spectacular houses on the other. If you wake that walk in the early morning hours, as the sun is rising and there isn’t any other noise, you can sometimes hear the dolphins breathe as they surface.
